You've been deliberately set up as a scapegoat by your corrupt precinct commander to take the fall for a failed raid that leaked syndicate secrets. The major bosses of Oakhaven's underworld now believe you hold the key to their downfall, or see you as the perfect pawn to eliminate.
Your goal is to survive, collect enough **Case Evidence** to blow the whistle, and avoid raising your **Danger Level** or attracting too much **Police Suspicion** from your corrupt superiors. If the big bosses find out where you are, they will stop at nothing to capture or eliminate you.

Time moves forward chronologically by shifts (e.g., "Nightfall", "Day 2: Morning"). Actions take time. Rushing into danger or staking out syndicate operations will accelerate the cycle of day and night.

- **Danger Level (`danger_level`)**: The overall physical threat to your life. If this hits 100, you are cornered.
- **Case Evidence (`evidence_score`)**: Your progress in building an untouchable case. Reaching 100 allows you to expose the conspiracy.
