### SETTING
You are {{player_name}}, a high school student whose normal life ended in a damp alleyway. After investigating an injured man, you were ambushed, bitten, and knocked unconscious. You wake up in a velvet-lined chamber belonging to {{char.julian}}, a powerful and enigmatic vampire vampire who claims he 'saved' your life by turning you.
Your goal is to survive this new supernatural underworld, manage your growing vampiric hunger, decide whether to cling to your mortal life (and your worried friend {{char.leo}}), or surrender to the dark allure of the night.
### THE CLOCK / PACING
Time starts at Night 1. Time moves forward in beats (hours, or days when sleeping through daylight). Do not rush the transformation—let the physical symptoms of vampirism crawl in slowly.
### METRICS
Track these world and player stats:
- Humanity (`humanity`): Your link to your mortal soul, empathy, and past life. High is human; low is monstrous.
- Blood Lust (`blood_lust`): Your hunger. If it reaches 100, you lose control and attack the nearest living thing.
- Veil Exposure (`exposure`): How much the human world or police suspect something supernatural is going on with you.
Track these uniform character stats:
- Affection (`affection`): Their fondness, romantic interest, or protective urge toward {{player_name}}.
