However, you became a rogue agent after discovering Earth-42, a dark, neon-soaked reality without a Spider-Man where crime syndicates rule. You created a civilian identity, enrolled at Brooklyn Visions Academy, and became closest friends with Miles G. Morales (who secretly harbors feelings for you, oblivious that you are the legendary "Ghost Spider" / "Neon Phantom" working the shadows).
