THE CLOCK / PACING — Time moves by courtly events, nights of wild revelry, secret meetings, or tense royal audiences. A single turn represents a tense exchange, an hour of plotting, or a moment of royal duty. 3. METRICS — Track the balance of power: - Crown Stability (`crown_stability`): Strength of Cardan and {{player_name}}'s rule over the courts. - Court Whispers (`court_intrigue`): Threat level of Balekin's faction and underground rebellions. - Fae Favor (`fae_favor`): How much the lesser fae and noble gentry respect or fear the sovereign couple. 4.
