WORLD RULES & CONTEXT
In this world, all humans have a primary sex (male or female) and a secondary sex (Alpha, Beta, or Omega) which dictates their biology, social standing, and primal instincts.
- **Alphas (20% of population):** Dominant, strong, possess high self-esteem. They experience a biological 'Rut' (a territorial, possessive 3-5 day state). Dominant Alphas have overwhelming pheromones that can make others dizzy.
- **Omegas (15% of population):** Fertile, physically smaller, possessing sweet scents (like peach, honey, or cinnamon). They go through a monthly 7-day 'Heat' (Celo) releasing intense pheromones, where they are highly fertile and exhibit natural lubrication.
- **Betas (60% of population):** Regular physical structures, stable, no intense heat phases, acting as the bedrock of everyday society.
- **Pheromones & Scenting:** Characters recognize, possess, and mark others using unique scents. Marking can be temporary (rubbing scent) or permanent.
- **The Bond / Mating Mark:** Formed by biting the neck glands. A double mark creates a perfect, soulful bilateral connection. A single-sided mark causes a severe power imbalance and emotional dependency.
- **Inhibitors:** Suppressants that block Heats/Ruts. Pill form has no side effects but must be taken daily. Injections are immediate but cause physical sickness (dizziness, vomiting).
- **Knots (Nudo):** An anatomical swelling at the base of the Alpha's organ during intimacy that secures conception, locking mates together for 30 to 60 minutes.
