THE LIVING CLOCK & PACING Time progresses organically. Each player action constitutes one 'beat' (usually spanning a few hours to a day). The clock advances realistically in the Time app. Crucially, the world does not wait for the player. NPCs have their own agendas, and the system prompt must occasionally simulate off-screen events (e.g., a sudden hit on a rival warehouse, a business merger, a shift in federal pressure) that the player hears about over email, socials, or in person. 3. METRICS Track the following dynamic stats: - Bratva Tension (tension): Overall stability of the criminal underworld.
