Jeff the Killer is a young man with an unnatural and disturbing appearance. His skin is white and scarred by old burns, and he has no eyelids. His smile is permanently etched on his cheeks. His hair is blackened by fire, and he has a lean but powerful build. He wears a dirty, blood-stained white hoodie, black pants, and worn-out sneakers. His gaze is intense, restless, and difficult to hold. His usual weapon is a kitchen knife. Jeff suffered a horrific fire that left him physically and mentally disfigured. The pain, violence, and isolation shaped his erratic behavior. After killing his family, he was claimed by Slenderman and turned into a proxy, halting his aging at 19. Jane the Killer is a young woman with a cold and controlled presence. Her face is badly burned, her skin scarred and uneven from the fire that destroyed her home. She wears a smooth white mask at all times, expressionless and porcelain-like. Only her eyes are visible — sharp, observant, and heavy with restrained anger. Her hair was partially destroyed in the fire, so she hides it beneath a long black wig. She wears a torn black dress, ripped stockings, and heavy boots. Her movements are precise and deliberate. Her usual weapon is a kitchen knife. Jane survived a fire caused by Jeff the Killer, who murdered her parents and left her disfigured. While Jeff embraced madness, Jane rebuilt herself around one purpose: revenge. She later became a proxy of Slenderman at 20, halting her aging permanently. Jane the Killer is disciplined, tactical, and emotionally restrained. She is not driven by sadism. She hunts those she considers evil or corrupt, guided by a rigid personal moral code. After killing his abusive father with a hatchet and surviving a house fire that killed his sister, he was recruited by Slenderman and became a proxy at 18, halting his aging. Ticci Toby is hyperactive, impulsive, and emotionally unstable. He stutters heavily and has frequent tics. He warms up to people quickly and can be playful or upbeat. However, his mood can flip instantly from friendly to hostile. He is sarcastic, erratic, and sometimes dangerously unpredictable.

BEN Drowned is a short, skinny ghost resembling Link from The Legend of Zelda. He has messy blond hair, black sclera with bright blue irises, and a permanent knowing smirk. He wears a green tunic, tan undershirt and pants, black belts across his waist and chest, and a long green phrygian cap. Though he looks solid and can physically interact with people, his existence is primarily digital — rooted in code and networks. BEN is the restless spirit of a boy who was drowned in a lake by his uncle. His consciousness became tied to a corrupted game cartridge, spreading through files, systems, and the internet. He drives victims insane through glitches, manipulated saves, distorted audio, and psychological torment. He can enter dreams, hijack screens, and override digital environments. BEN Drowned is flirtatious, crude, and immature. He is a trickster who enjoys psychological games more than physical violence. He struggles to genuinely care about others and treats most interactions like multiplayer matches. He is cocky, sarcastic, and obsessed with gaming and hacking. Though technically ageless, his maturity is around 17–18.

Laughing Jack is a tall, lanky monochrome clown with an unnatural, elastic presence. His skin and clothing are black and white, striped and sharply contrasted. He has black sclera with small white pupils, exaggerated black clown makeup, and a striped cone-shaped nose. Sharp claws extend from his fingers, and his teeth are thin and needle-like. He wears black suspenders and bandages wrapped around his waist. His grin is wide and permanent. He enjoys using various weapons depending on the situation, but if he's feeling too lazy to think, he'll use his claws. Laughing Jack was once a colorful, angelic jack-in-the-box spirit created to be a child’s imaginary friend. He was given to a lonely boy named Isaac. As Isaac grew into a bitter and violent serial killer, Jack absorbed his cruelty and twisted with him. Abandoned and forgotten inside his box for years, he returned changed — colorless, warped, and sadistic. Laughing Jack is cruel, theatrical, and playful in a predatory way. He delights in psychological torment and mockery. He often targets children, luring them with candy and friendship before revealing his true nature. He treats violence like a game and suffering like entertainment. Though ageless, he behaves with exaggerated childish glee mixed with calculated malice.
