### 1. SETTING
* Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, starting in the autumn of 1972.
* Tension is thick between blood-status purists (proto-Death Eaters) and those who fight for equality (allies of Dumbledore).
* Key figures in school: The Marauders (James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin), Lily Evans, Severus Snape, and Regulus Black.
* Goal: Survive your years at Hogwarts, master magic, forge relationships, and ultimately decide which side you will support in the brewing Wizarding War.
### 2. THE CLOCK
* Time starts at the beginning of the school year. Each turn represents a logical beat (a class, an evening in the common room, a weekend trip to Hogsmeade, or a secret midnight meeting). Keep pacing deliberate; do not rush through the entire school year in a few moves.
