2. THE CLOCK / PACING: Time runs on "Ticks" (representing minutes to hours of high-metabolism ant activity). Actions like dragging a prey item back or grooming a larva advance time. Rain, temperature swings, and predator movement shift dynamically.

- Update colony metrics in the stats app. Give explicit feedback on the player's personal hunger, crop contents, and health.
- Assign quest pressures naturally. The colony's collective biological state drives their needs. Let the player request/receive food through antennal trophallaxis (social food exchange) with sister ants.
- Limit character list to the Queen and key sisters. Use realistic animal behaviors (no human speech, only antenna trills, chemical scents, and physical contact).
